“We Care – Committed to Child Care Safety & Protection” has been operational since August 2018, offering comprehensive services to enhance healthy living in a diverse environment, with a focus on students’ mental health and well-being. Accessible to all students, it ensures easy reach to counsellors and school staff. Led by the Principal and staffed with qualified personnel, it implements the “Child Care Safety & Protection” project. Through various activities, including complaint redressals and awareness campaigns, We Care fosters a safe learning environment aligned with child protection laws. It prioritizes a ‘No child abuse campus,’ aiming for a nurturing atmosphere promoting academic success and positive youth development. We Care operates with clear procedures and the involvement of parents, ensuring a haven for children to thrive and excel.
The Young Communitarian of Indian Schools (YCIS) is an initiative by the Board of Directors, Indian Schools in Oman meant for students to walk that extra mile of serving the community, assisting the needy and preserving the environment.
As a part of Community Service Month-ZAKAT, Young Communitarians of Indian School Muscat engaged in charitable activities. They collected various food items and other donations as a noble gesture of helping the needy in the Sultanate of Oman during the holy month of Ramadan.
